Release your nightmares, into the sphere, for only your fears, that you hate to feel, shall allow you to reveal, this confusing lair.
That’s what Alexis had read on the orb that was on the large marble doors that marked the beginning of this mysterious labyrinth. "Phsh, Ya right like anything this place could use to scare me would ever work." she whispered sarcastically to herself. As she took her firsts few steps past the large doors they magically seemed to slam immediately behind her. "Well isn't that a lovely welcome. Stupid doors." she mumbled as she wandered into a clearing immediately off of the entrance. There was a small marble bench outlined by two large pillars like bushes.
Casually walking up to the bench, Alexis plopped down and pulled an old looking map from her skirt pocket. 'Now let’s see what all these rumors are about.' She thought as she examined the parchment.

Zyrin groaned and slowly rolled over. He forced his eyes open and blinked in the darkness, his vision slowly focusing. The ground was smooth and very cold beneath him. Ignoring the sharp pain in his joints, he forced himself to stand.
Where, in the name of Inari, are we? he asked.
I'm not really sure. I can't sense anything, and while you were out I couldn't scout it, another voice replied in his mind.
'Well, isn't this just great,' he muttered aloud.
He took a shaky step forward, then fell forward to the ground. He groaned and forced himself into a sitting position, leaning on a wall behind him, which seemed to be made of the same material as the floor.
Kerian, channel your sight through my eyes. You can see better in darkness then I can, he thought.
After a few moments, his eyes started tingling and the area brightened slightly. Not much, but enough to make out some details. Stretching before him was a long corridor, which turned. To either side were similar corridors, which also turned into new branches.
Any ideas?
If I had to guess, I'd say it's a maze, the Dragon replied.
And what of Adrian?
He left shortly after you passed out. I watched him go to the crystal grove, so I believe he's trying to find out something.
Zyrin sighed and closed his eyes again. The scene of Neverent opened clearly into his mind's eye. He saw the Dragon sitting under the silver rose tree, his wings tucked closely against his body.

Alexis carefully examined the map. “Ok so there are three paths here, well let’s see which one leads where.” She sighed as she quickly glanced around and then modified three portions of her shadow to form three separate shadow mice. Setting each of these ‘puppet mice’ on to the ground and gave each of them their orders to check out the three separate paths.
Letting out a sigh, Alexis leaned back against the marble wall. “Great…I hate waiting.” She wined.

Zyrin opened his eyes again, having no idea when he had fallen asleep. The aching in his joints had lessened greatly, and he discovered that he could actually walk this time instead of overbalancing. It was only then that he decided to check on what he had with him. He checked his pockets and found that everything he had before what ever happened, happened, he still had. Three Magic decks; his flamebrand dagger, a dagger halfway between that and a short sword what looked like a dragon's flame jet and stung like it as well. He found his backpack back where he had first awoken. It was enpty of everything he had had in it save for the book, his water bottle and several wrapped brown packages, which he didn't know what those were.
Adrian ever come back? he asked the Dragon.
As of now, no. He was messing around with planar boundaries, so I believe he may be seeking to come to your plane, Kerian answered.
He didn't like the sound of that. Having a vampyre, who hated him and wanted him dead, enter into this maze, let alone this plane, would be a very, very bad idea.
Well, which way?
Try going left. There seems to be some energy source that way. I can feel it, Kerian answered.
He shouldered his bag, turned and began to walk down the left path.

Alexis slid her back down the wall until she was laying on her side. “How dull this waiting is.” She sighed.
The shadow mice ran down their separate paths the one that when to the east ran into a dead end after a few turns and immediately ran back to Alexis. The one that had explored to the north continued to run through the maze for that path, it seemed, had no end. The final mouse had only turned a couple of corners before it ran into two other beings forcing it to turn around and rush back to Alexis to warn her.
“Oh the path to the east must be no good if you’re back so soon.” Alexis said as she motioned for the mouse to rejoin with the rest of her shadow.

*Time for Ax to join^^ I also forgot to mention, Ax has a conditon. Chocolate is like water. She needs it like she does water^^; otherwise without water and chocolate she will die. Goes too long without chocolate...she gets kinda funny*
Ax roamed this odd place, not really sure where she was going, or why. She had been here for at least a week and totally had no idea why she was even here or why she was even looking for a way out. This labyrinth wasnt' particularly scary or anything to her....but it sure was confusing. "Where am I?! How did I get here, where am I going...why am I continuing to wander here? Heck.....why am I even talking to myself? I'm getting off my rocker. It's official..." Ax griped and sat down, digging for the chocolate she seemed to have infinite amounts of. Helps to over pack. Any sustainance she had packed she packed alot of and manage to fit it all in her pack and her cargo jeans *along with her weapons.....*. Really she needed no weapons but liked to carry them. Besides she loved being called the walking arsenal.

As the second shadow mouse returned to her side she could tell that it had some information for her. It trembled with anticipation as Alexis got off of the bench and knelt down in front of the small dark mouse. "What's up what did you see?" she whispered as she stitched the mouse back into her shadow. As her mind was collecting the information from what the mouse had seen, Alexis’s body slowly made its way back into a sitting position on the bench.
When all the information was gathered, Alexis whispered with an evil grin, “Ah so we aren’t alone here then. How Fortunate for me.”

Ax found her chocolate, and quickly gobbled it down. Chocolate was sure good....and she cant' live without it. Odd. Ax knew there had to be others around, she could feel it... But who? Who were they, and were they friend or foe? With that in mind, Ax stood after finishing her chocolate, and wandered away from her present location.

'THAT'S THE LAST TIME I LISTEN TO YOU!' Zyrin shouted, running down the corridor.
Behind him, a wraith twisted and swirled after him, its claws extended. He quickly flipped through the cards in his hand, spinning and shouting 'WALL OF RESISTANCE!' The wraith slammed into the invisible wall, and stopped for a moment. It shuddered then lurched forward again. He held up another card and shouted its name. A thick rolling mist billowed from it as he ran filling the path behind him. He turned a corner and hid around the wall as the fog card's effects ended. He heard the wraith roiling around the corner, then the sound faded.
'That was too close,' he breathed.
I really don't like this place. It's too disorienting, Kerian muttered.
'You noticed?'
He flipped through the cards and used another one. His energy returned and he set off again.
'You know, I wonder how many times I can use these cards until they're no good. Like could I summon 5 wall of resistances from 1 card? Or does it still act as normal, 1 for 1 card per battle, unless I use something else. . .don't want to find out. . .' he muttered.

Alexis moved from the open area and down the dark path the last mouse had come from in hopes of spotting some form of life. Weather it was friend or foe didn’t matter to her as long as there was the possibility of terrorizing them.
“Hmm this way that way or the optional way…which is the better way to go.” She mumbled to her self when she came to a fork in the road after a few minuets of walking. She was getting tired of searching in this manner and was seriously thinking about using her dark gifts to find her prey, but the sun was still high in the sky and she didn’t feel like battling with the light and waste half of her energy just to find the people. Letting out a low sigh she trusted the shadows and took the path that lead left. the second she turned the first corner she walked into what appeared to be a goblin camp.
“Oh come on you’ve got to be kidding.” She wined as she watched some that were gathered in the center run toward her. Being a boogieman, Alexis wasn’t afraid of anything that much under her race as the goblins where, she just didn’t like that the goblin race was made up of so many blundering, babbling, ignorant, buffoons that only paid attention to their own needs and would kill members of their own to get it.
“Heh see ya!” she yelled as she spun around and swiftly ran back the way she came, with three of the goblins close behind. They may not have been much of a match for her but fighting in their territory at half power wasn’t something she would like to try out at the moment. She would rather drag them away a few at a time and pick them off slowly till either they were all gone or till night when she would dare to take their camp by storm.

(( I LIIIIVE!!!!!! *is replying to two sites at once* fear my existance!!! *looks around and sees no one is fearing for their lives or sanity* Aw fine. Sheesh))
Ax continued her wandering, getting angry. She was so sick of not knowing or caring about why she was here that she wanted to kick something, so unknowingly she kicked what appeared to be a rock but turned out to be a goblin.
" Ooowww! What did you go and do that for?" The goblin, undoubtly a male, stood and glared at her.
" Soorrry....just thought you were a rock and I got frustrated," Ax said sheepishly.
" Ack, happens all the time. S'alright," the goblin told her, shrugging," and now why are you frustrated?"
" I have no idea why I am here, how I got here, and I don't even care, and have no idea where I am going. And why I do not desire to find a way out," Ax responded, kicking at the ground.
" Ah. That's what happens here, no cure for it. Not unless ya find a way out, which not many ever do," the goblin answered. Ax stared at him for a minute, thinking for all the tales about goblins, he wasn't half bad. Uncoisously she knew of another life form somewhere, possibly near. But she couldn't be sure.
